Most will never cross the 100 FTE threshold because the challenges of scaling "people-based" businesses are unique. But, similar to tech accelerator programs (TechStars, Y Combinator) my PSF Accelerator program helps owners and CEOs of Professional Services Firms (PSFs) break through these barriers to grow and thrive.Over the past decade, I've met with over 350 Founders and CEOs of these businesses. I've written over $1B of offers and acquired $350MM of enterprise value across 17 transactions. I know the challenges these business face, how to fix them, and how to guide Founders and CEOs to accomplish their goals.Most recently, I help found and was the CEO of Agital, leading a team of innovators and entrepreneurs who are creating the data driven, performance marketing platform of the future. In this role I scaled from 0-400 employees in 3 years through organic growth and acquisitions, supported by growth capital from Trinity Hunt Partners (THP), a Dallas based Private Equity firm that specializes in PSFs.Prior to this, I spent nearly twenty years leading a 10X growth journey for Material+ (formerly LRW Group). Headquartered in LA, the company is now a ~$375MM+ business with 2000 employees in 15 offices. Under my leadership the company grew from 100 to 1200 employees with a focus on innovation, people scaling systems, business model transformation, strong organic growth and the acquisition of 10 companies. In 2015 I led a process that secured outside growth capital from Tailwind Capital, a leading PE firm based in NYC. I earned my MA in communication and completed doctoral work in Human Development at Northwestern University. I also hold a B.A. in political science and communications from the University of Kansas.
