The International Arts Alliance is a not-for-profit corporation, registered in Trinidad and Tobago, with the mission of promoting the voice of Trinidadian performing artists throughout the world. We have offices in Michigan City Indiana, USA; and a satellite office in Cartagena, Columbia. Program initiatives include international cultural exchange, international touring, artist and administrator training, master classes, performance opportunities in Trinidad, and participation on a global basis through cooperative ventures and International Festivals.We have worked with the Ministry of Arts and Multiculturalism and the Ministry of Tourism of Trinidad and Tobago; the Trinbago Unified Calypsoians Organisation (TUCO) and President, Brother Resistance; Pan Trinbago - The World Governing Body for Steel Pan and President, Keith Diaz; the Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Development Company, the Trinidad and Tobago Film Company and the Department of Cultural Affairs, City of Chicago, and the US Embassy, among others.

I teach graduate and senior undergraduate students in the Arts Management Program. I teach specialty classes called "Producing Live Entertainment" and "Touring Live Entertainment". By the end of the class, each student has a full business plan including marketing, artistic and production plans for a project of their choice.

Dreams for Kids mission is to empower young people of all abilities through dynamic leadership programs and life-changing activities that inspire them to fearlessly pursue their dreams and compassionately change the world.Our programs include:Extreme Recess, For the first time in many of their lives, children with physical and/or developmental challenges are introduced to adventure activities such as water skiing, snow skiing, kayaking, rock climbing, hand cycling, horseback riding, scuba diving, camping as well as many more life changing opportunities.Dream Leaders: Bringing together young people of all abilities, from every race, religion, gender, and socio- economic background, to serve their less fortunate peers, create positive social change, celebrate our common humanity, and be the leaders we are seeking to transform the world.Holiday for Hope: The largest event in the world for homeless and underprivileged children.

I managed a 38 year old, highly respected, not-for-profit with mission of health and wellness education. My focus was on rebranding, organizational development and capacity building. I directed and implemented the first ever annual giving program; enhanced membership program; new sponsorship program and a professional division. I initiated high profile special events and professional digital video recordings.

Ran the acclaimed Wisdom Bridge Theatre, Chicago. Produced and / or directed over 100 productions garnering 100+ Joseph Jefferson Awards/ Nominations for Outstanding Production, Director, Actor, Actress, Design, Ensemble, etc. At the forefront of Chicago Theatre in the early 80ies, was co-founder of the League of Chicago Theatres, the Producrers Association of Chicago Area Theatres, Centre East for the Arts, the Howard-Paulina Development Corporation, among others.
