• Directly involved in launching 2 new products including the market analysis & feasibility of the product, forecasting, implementation, follow up and brand building plans up to 1 year time period from launching under the supervision of the portfolio managers.• Preparing all the promotional literature, teaser campaign, gift items and supporting gimmicks • Liaison with the vendors and advertising agencies to instruct and follow up the promotional materials and product literatures.• Regularly vising doctors and field force to follow up the sales and gather feedback of the product.• Also analyze growth opportunities, sales and feedback of other pharmaceutical products as assigned by the portfolio managers.• Attend all the marketing meetings and discuss growth strategies of products • Carry out supporting activities for the portfolio managers and assist them in every way as needed

• Visited doctors with the portfolio managers to learn how the industry works.• Attended all the Marketing meetings to learn how the strategies are set and carried out over a span of 6 months forecast and planning.• Clerical tasks including maintaining records of Doctors and their feedback.• Communicated with the vendors regarding promotional tools and gifts.

• Provide one-stop quality Customer Service over phone to ensure positive customer experience• Proactively aware/inform customers regarding GP products/service• Sale through inbound and outbound contacts• Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback• Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis• Serve customers with helping attitude to play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition to enhance Grameenphone brand image.
