Provides Higher Education Informational and Learning Technology leadership. Oversees the implementation of department-wide digitalization and innovation efforts to support academic and administrative programs and improve the student, faculty, staff and external constituent experience. Drives the development and implementation of learning technology strategy to support in-person, online and hybrid programs.

- Act as product manager and lead for administration, implementation and support management of LMS and related learning technologies (interactive video, assessment / proctoring, administration products)- Co-led the creation of the Schulich Office of Curriculum Innovation and Teaching Excellence- Delivered new teaching and learning support services (Canvas, Respondus LockDown Browser, Echo360, publisher integrations, media production facilities, HyFlex classrooms)- Manage edtech IT products and services in a shared services, unionized environment - Managed agile development teams in a unionized environment (Projects included SIS / COS integration, syllabus integration, course-building & learning dashboards, copyright protections)- Design & deliver pilots and implementation / change management strategies including training and support - Work with academic teams to develop blended units & courses- Work with central services and across departments to translate between business and technical teams to continuously improve services- Contribute to Schulich’s teaching & learning innovation strategy- Contribute to IT reorganization and modernization- Contribute to the creation of policy surrounding use of educational technology
