• Conduct flight operations in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations for search and rescue missions, medical evacuation operations and other law enforcement related missions.
• Assigned shift work including holidays and weekends and are subject to 24-hour on-call during emergencies and staff shortages in addition to working in all types of weather conditions.

• Effectively executes the responsibilities for a crew of 4 and all operations of the AW139 aircraft and safety of crew. Assigns, reviews, approves and critiques work of the AW139.
• Performs the full range of pilot duties and provides advice and guidance to other pilots as needed regarding operational procedures and FAA rules and regulations
• Briefs crew members and passengers on aircraft protocol

Served as the Section Supervisor at the Remote Sensing Laboratory, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Provided oversight for flight scheduling, staffing assignments and maintenance. Helicopter flight instructor for section. Assured that appropriate procedures, training and equipment were in place for the safe performance of duties. Enforced standing safety.
