How can I help you today? These are words I find myself saying all the time throughout my career journey. As a coach at heart (from my ice hockey days), I empower students, job seekers, and clients to achieve the ‘next step’ in their own career path. All in all, I have found the most joy when I do help and support people in their career pursuits. Most importantly, helping others and doing something to contribute to the betterment of society has been a value at my core and has made me the person I am today. Embodying this value in my character has labeled me as the ‘go to guy’ from many of my current and former colleagues & teammates.Overall, I approach work with a positive mindset: one which values both my passion and high energy. Due to this mindset, I am always called on to lead presentations and workshops as this is one of my favorite things to do! I am a life-long learner, and I am constantly searching for ways on how I can improve my own skills, and my abilities to be a leader. When I’m not working, I’m likely spending time with family, furthering my interests in drum and guitar playing (via YouTube clips), devouring anything related to Mediterranean cuisine, and playing ice hockey and golf. If you feel my skills can be transferable to your team, or to a role which is rooted in helping others execute on a plan to achieve success, please send me a request and message. I’d like to hear your career journey, and maybe we can learn from each other. Networking IS the number 1 job search tool! Thanks!Jeff Poulos Podcaster and Content Creator (Check out 'Manual or Automatic: What Gears are Driving Your Career')Adult Mental Health First Aid Certified March 2024Yale University Certification: The Science of Well-Being: issued Oct. 2020NACE Coaching Certification: issued May 2019Certified Professional Resume Writer: issued July 2017
