- Hiring: Involved in hiring for software team for senior and director positions; worked with HR to rewrite UI job descriptions and drove hiring to fill out the UI team.- Driving Change: Continually instigated for better deliverables and process (as-needed): working with principal architects to provide feedback on software architecture, rallying the broader team around and advocating for software quality goals.- Collaboration: Built relationships outside engineering org and hands-on working throughout the software team to increase understanding across groups.- Primary Responsibility: Writing code for UI working closely with science and data analysis functions. Built application to interact with our bio-medical hardware, and other UI and middleware code to visualize data analysis of nanopore activity.

Parachute Interactive built web applications and provided custom development and project management services.- Hired and managed team: remote and local engineering talent as well as UX designers.
