* Implementing proper warehousing / storing and preservation of raw materials, finished products and warehouse supplies.*In charge in monitoring daily activities of general service personnel’s such as transferring of raw materials, finished products and warehouse supplies.* Checking order of warehouse supplies and checking incoming Receipts for payment processing.* Overseeing receiving raw materials and finished products.* Anticipate appropriate storage area and location for the upcoming delivery of raw materials, finished products and warehouse supplies by coordinating all personnel’s involve in planning and conducting arrangement of stockyard for smooth receiving operation.*Ensuring the accuracy of paper and actual inventory report of raw materials, finished products and warehouse supplies and implement corrective actions.* In-charge in overseeing monthly actual inventory of raw materials, finished products, and warehouse supplies.*Anticipate shortages of raw materials, finished products and supplies by checking and analyzing inventory report.* Constantly looking / proposing for warehousing improvement on handling and storing raw materials, finished goods and warehouse supplies.

Ensure that the delivered items during deliveries are properly checked and signed.• Responsible in checking availability of warehouse raw materials and finished products by updating stock card and verifying in actual.• Responsible in issuance of raw materials needed by production through requisition/issuance slip duly approved by their supervisor.• Responsible of leading the loading of raw materials and finished product thru Loading Permit issued by Delivery Department.• Responsible in validating of Delivery Receipt of raw materials, finished products and warehouse supplies. Ensure that the description and quantity are properly checked and count.• Conducting actual monthly/yearend inventory of raw materials, finished products and warehouse supplies / equipment.• Responsible in maintaining good warehouse keeping.• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may assigned as needed.
