I have a history of identifying and solving problems, in both large international companies and small family-owned firm. I am excellent in cultivating relationships, resulting in people bringing me issues within their group or asking me to use my creativity to find a better way to do things. I am able to implement major changes with a department or group and have been entrusted by executive management to make the difficult decisions that come with those changes. I possess extensive experience in continuous operational process improvements, using operational analysis, process design, internal controls and documenting the resulting policies and procedures. With these operational improvements, the firm saw a 30% reduction in cost. I have worked with a firm during a downturn in the market to keep profit margins stable, with revenue being flat. I have designed management reports for periodic meetings with firm executives to discuss how the firm is performing and areas that need attention. I have been responsible for creating team and firm budgets and using benchmark analysis to see how we compare to other firms. I worked through segmenting our clients and identified a segment that was neglected and worked to create a business line and instead of eliminating clients, we created a new revenue source from smaller growing clients. I have put together and presented employee training programs resulting in increased use of technology and better productivity.
