Senior level business analyst for the Care Management business support team responsibilities and achievements included business requirement workshops over a 30 week period to implement a new care management platform, the on time delivery of use cases for 13 complex interfaces that were signed off by senior management and handed over to IT for development. Designed and developed multiple new electronic surveys that are to be used during the utilization management screening process for all new durable medical equipment, inpatient and outpatient authorizations. Also responsible for taking defects and enhancement requests through a change management process, ensured these requests were clearly defined, developed, tested and implemented.

Lead analyst for the company costing system upgrade. The system is used at five major Flat Glass manufacturing locations across the US. Project management activities include: Project Lifecycle methodology and coordination. Experiences include project definition, requirements, design, configuration, test cases/scenarios, user testing, and issue/risk management. Developing and designing a SharePoint site to maintain all documentation and standard operating procedures used by the manufacturing support line. Also responsible for the development and support of the Business Intelligence Reporting system that links various databases with COGNOS cubes and reporting tools that allow end users the ability to create and design customized reports or to generate canned reports.

Provide analytical and technical assistance in the analysis, design, development and implementation of various order facing applications for the Performance Glazings business.

Provide complete technical support to 500 North American remote and office users as well as provide consulting for various business units.

Administered network, voice, and data systems for two remote sites of about 100 users and provided complete technical support to 250 North American remote users. Resolved user issues received via helpdesk calls. Managed various projects associated with the complete deployment of Microsoft Vista and Office 2007, Juniper VPN client to workstations, SAV 10, the replacement of about 250 obsolete field laptops and the deployment/support of over 250 blackberry devices.
