• Night shift lead for a small group of people.• Responsible for maintaining and running glass bead furnaces, levels and setup for daytime operations.• Decision maker for any problems that occurs at night from computer to mechanical equipment. Along with repairs needed to keep the machines operational.• Help Plant Manager and Production Manager in ways too run the plant more cost effectively and identify and if possible, fix any safety issues for employees and visitors.• Train new employees on how night shift runs to do their jobs effectively and safe.• Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift operator.
