He has also represented clients in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory, Supreme Court of Victoria, Magistrates Court of Victoria, as well as before Royal Commissions and various tribunals. Notably, he has been appointed as Honorary Legal Counsel of Scouts NSW. He previously appeared on its behalf in the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. His expertise also extends to appearing as Counsel in interlocutory hearings, as well as in mediations. In addition to his practise as a barrister, Jeffrey also sits as a part-time Tribunal Member in the Consumer and Commercial Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). He is also a Legal Officer of the Royal Australian Navy Reserve. He has received several Civil and Military Awards for his service, including the Australian Active Service Medal for active service with the International Coalition Against Terrorism. Jeffrey accepts briefs from solicitors in law firms and in-house legal counsel. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New South Wales and has practised as a public notary since 2002. He has also completed several courses concerning military law and is currently studying for a Graduate Diploma in Military Law with the Australian National University.
