I define myself as a fix-it guy for organizations — helping them address issues and find solutions to problems, and giving them the tools to function more effectively.My approach is rooted in Appreciative Inquiry principles, which builds on the existing strengths in an organization in order to heighten its positive potential, rather than dwelling on weaknesses and deficiencies. My facilitation style is informal, highly interactive, and flexible to the needs of each group.In my work, I see the non-profit, public, and private sectors, as well as the various non-profit subsectors, working in isolated silos.
