1983 was the beginning of a quest to take IPC to the moon and back, not just to excel in sales and engineering, which it still does today; but to also create a repeatable culture of superior knowledge and wisdom when it comes to providing customers with exceptional support and service. In 1985 IPC was awarded, as one of five top partners Nationally with NBI, Boulder, CO. Then by the mid to late 90's, IPC became a Premier Network Systems Integration leader, with Apple, Sun, DEC, IBM, Compaq, Novell, 3Com, HP, AutoCAD and Banyan. #1 in The Mid-Atlantic, then Internationally recognized as the #1 IT Professional Services Company with more than 300 Consultants, while supporting Wheat First Butcher Singer, now Wells Fargo Advisors, Philip Morris USA & International, Allied Signal International, and Capital One Bank. Then by 1999 #1 CRM Solution developed in house under a subsidiary Pipestream Technologies, Inc. for International firms such as Bandag, Philips Electronics and Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Then after Y2K ending in 2000 and the Dot Com bust, and 9/11 IPC began as a ShoreTel Partner and ended that run in 2016 as their #2 Partner in the US after #1 CDW. Started my full time Ministry in 2018 and was offered a job as sales representative for IPC when it was sold to Eric Bowling and Steven Banks in January of 2019. Based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and Kihei, Maui, HI, I sell and support Enterprise National Accounts for IPC.

After meeting Ken Banks at a trade show in 1981, at the Richmond Hyatt House, Jeff worked with Ken to help found IPC. With more than 55 years of experience in sales and marketing, Jeff brings unique insight into business development, branding and communications in today’s high-tech marketplace. He also understands the value of old-fashioned customer service, and spends time each week with customers in the Eastern U.S., from New York to Miami, and West to Kihei, Hawaii, where one of his largest customers, County of Maui, relies on IPC for Managed Services on three islands.. A native of the San Francisco Bay area, Jeff studied law at the University of San Francisco, Vet Medicine at Michigan State University and Graduate Business School at Boston University. He lives with his wife, Nancy, and their golden doodle, HOKU, on Vilano Beach, in St. Augustine, Florida. They enjoy hanging out on the beach with friends at The Serenata Beach Club, and golfing on the weekends at TPC Sawgrass. Jeff and Nancy attend The Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. Jeff is also a frequent speaker for a variety of ministries including his own, Highway to Eternity Ministries, Inc., a Jail, Prison and Homeless Ministry. He is now working closely as a partner and sponsor with Doug McCary, (former FBI Agent), on his www.swatradio.com, in Jacksonville, as well as Doug Jones, another former FBI Agent and the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, Inc.

Pipestream began as a division of IPC Technologies in 1995 after IPC bought a small Seattle company that had been recently acquired by Platinum Software...just before Platinum had registered a huge loss. Our first customer was the brokerage trading floor for Wheat First Securities, now Wells Fargo Advisors. Pipestream was first to market with a CRM solution built right into MS Outlook, in the Alpha version as an early MS code partner, before Beta release and most importantly before any other of what was then called SFA (Sales Force Automation) solution providers...Siebel, Aurum, Onyx, Pivotal, Sales Logix and Act. Pipestream went on to become the top selling CRM solution in 1998 with Sales Continuum 98. Customers included Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem Div. of WellPoint), Philips Services-USA and Canada, Bandag International, Church Mutual Insurance and many others. Pipestream was sold to Remedy Corp. in San Jose, CA...now a Division of BMC Software, Houston, TX.
