New site increased user engagement from 1M to 2M customers interactions monthly.• Replatformed customer web and mobile solutions in 2018 which received a Stevie Award for best mobile application, MyAmFam. Increase mobile app downloads by 300%. Improved signup of paperless and automatic payments to decrease annual costs by $10M with retention increases of 30%.• Provided guidance, leadership, and support for teams implementing robotics process automation, chatbot solutions, API management, user experience design, and requirements.
