As the Treasurer for SEFOA of Pensacola, I coordinate Zoom video conferences to support efficient communications and decision-making of the Board of Directors. I also streamline the organization’s online payment and invoicing processes by implementing the use of Arbiter Pay.The following are highlights of the value I bring to the SEFOA of Pensacola: • Successfully paid out $25K+ in three-months for the season.

As a FHSAA Football Official, I officiate high school football games in the Pensacola area to provide a safe, fair, and competitive environment for the student athletes.

As the Associate Director of Recreation & Athletic Facilities, I deliver oversight to 100+ departmental staff members consisting of sports and recreation professionals, undergraduate and graduate students, and other members across various facilities and departments. I manage the daily operations of the Recreation and Athletic Facilities, to include the 108K square foot (sf) Health, Leisure and Sport (HLS) Facility, 63K sf Field House, 56K sf Aquatics Center, and University outdoor recreational spaces. In addition, I provide support to the Director in the operational and administrative management of the recreation and athletic facilities and programs. I also function as a key representative for the Director on University and Divisional Leadership at meetings and initiatives, as required.The following are highlights of the value I bring to the University of West Florida: • Hold full accountability for scheduling over 8K events and activities each year.• Currently conducting a longitudinal study that tracks the learning outcomes and working benefits of Recreational student employees.• Manage the $2.5M annual department budget, responsible for data forecasting and selectively spending and transferring funding among 19 total fee collecting, revenue, and reserve accounts.• Researched, implemented, and managed the 2015 integration and 2020 upgrade of Fusion Recreation Management software and EMS software in 2019 to streamline scheduling and departmental operations.• Deliver $250K to $300K in annual revenue for facility rentals, memberships, and operations to supplement funding for annual operations and capital improvement projects.• Led the design, development, and construction management of the $16M HLS Facility, the 4.5 acre Intramural Field, and the 2.5 acre Rec Plex North Field.• Created the UWF Football, Women’s Swimming and Diving, Argo Adventure Kids Camp, Convocation, Beach Bash, Facility Rental Program, and Outdoor Adventure Programs.

As the Interim Director of Recreation, I functioned as the acting Recreation Director, responsible for overseeing the recreation requirements of the University and planned activities and events accordingly. I led communications with University stakeholders to streamline the development and implementation of recreational programs. I was also responsible for supervising over 200 employees. I reviewed program effectiveness and identified process improvement needs to deliver recommendations to senior leadership. I also managed the recreational budget in developed financial and program reports outlining the program costs, purchase the numbers, and the use of equipment and facilities.The following are highlights of the value I brought to the University of West Florida: • Held full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for a recreational budget of $2.5M+.

As a Board Member and President of the SEFOA Pensacola, I led 15 Southeastern Football Officials Association (SEFOA) Board meetings each year that included coordinating and leading training sessions for 70+ association officials. I created and published video training and film reviews using Hudl. In addition, I utilized the Arbiter Sports suite to manage online scheduling of officials and games. I was responsible for steering communications across 10+ schools and built strong interpersonal relationships with coaches and teams. I also addressed member issues and complaints, as required.
