Responsibilities included: o Ensuring repeatability of existing processes. o Developing and implementing processes for new technologies. o Establishing statistical process control (SPC) specifications. o Writing and maintaining standard operating procedures. o Providing training to new users.- Implemented a spreadsheet to contain the condensed process schedule and track the current process step of every lot within the fabrication laboratory to help with scheduling and prioritizing, ultimately increasing organization and throughput.
