My role as a talent raiser is to sit on interview panels across the companies and ensure a uniformly high standard for candidate software engineers. I was chosen for my track record in identifying and hiring candidates who went on to be high performers. Fewer than 20 employees out of an organization of 14,000 were chosen for this role.As of March 2018, my Lending Club portfolio (using my automated proprietary model that runs in the cloud) has the highest Adjusted Net Annualized return (lowest default rate) for all Lending Club portfolios with 12 month or more seasoning, target interest rate 20-21%, with 500 notes or more.
