In my role as an Ecommerce Manager at KitchenAid, I take the lead in shaping and executing online sales strategies for our renowned kitchen appliance brand across the EMEA region. I oversee a dedicated team, ensuring the smoothes possible operation of our e-commerce platforms and constantly striving to enhance the customer journey using various tools to get input. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I contribute to product launches, pricing strategies, and inventory management with the goal of maximizing results. I also keep an eye on industry trends, identify market opportunities, and explore innovative e-commerce solutions to maintain our brand's competitiveness. As the Ecommerce Manager, my aim is to drive direct consumer engagement, realize online sales growth and improve the digital presence of KitchenAid EMEA's iconic kitchen appliances.

Hoe werkt effectief netwerken? Hoe analyseer je een netwerk en hoe kan je waarde geven aan dat zelfde netwerk? Voor het lectoraat ondernemen van de Hogeschool Rotterdam heb ik dit onderzocht en een nieuwe methodiek ontwikkelt hoe men de effectiviteit van een bestaand netwerk (van een organisatie of persoon) kan meten.
