Managed a team of product marketing managers, project managers, content developers and marketing specialists. Responsible for annual strategic planning and operational go-to-market planning across the entire IBM Rational product portfolio.

Responsible for leading multiple product development teams including Rational Rose Java (tm) Edition, Rational Rose CORBA, and components of The Rational Suite. Directly responsible for products that grew from ~$1M yearly in sales to $60M+/yr over a 3 year run.

Managed multiple development teams at a regional mid-Atlantic systems integrator. Responsible for developing the firm's object oriented technology practice. Also took a lead role in business development activities with emerging development tools vendors.

Started as a full time developer. As a member of Accenture's Advanced Technology Practice took on software architecture responsibilities, and then on to team leader roles. Client projects included Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, insurance, and automotive industries.
