Jeffrey Lim is a Epic Bridges Application Analyst IV at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). Colleagues describe him as "I supervised Jeffrey for over 4 years, both as an Interface Analyst and as Systems Analyst II. Jeffrey is a quick learner and never backs away from a challenge. He was promoted in 2020 after demonstrating 3 years of increased responsibility and knowledge with integration projects and support. He has gained a significant understanding of the Cloverleaf interface engine and Epic Bridges/Hyperspace since joining our team. Jeffrey has been the primary integration resource on several, high-visibility, projects including the Epic upgrades. He completed his projects on time with minimal to no issues. I have relied on Jeffrey for quick actions in regards to new facility setups and department management. Jeffrey volunteered for a few key initiatives and saw them through in a timely manner, and has become a trusted resource on Epic processes. He has been a benefit to our team's design meetings, providing insight on various Epic and Cloverleaf-based topics when necessary. Jeffrey has also been one of the initial resources for the electronic nurse board system, taking ownership from the integration aspects when the projects were struggling to get going. He not only pushed through the early issues, but also saw several facility sites through completion. Jeffrey has excellent follow through on his projects.
