Reporting to AIT VP of Revenue Cycle and Administrative Services, supporting performance management monitoring, strategic project oversight, and operational project oversight and facilitation for our AIT and Corporate Operational Revenue Cycle teams. Responsible for applying professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead IT and project teams, partnering with the business portfolio and project managers to ensure they are on track to deliver on th goals and objectives of the organization. Manages stakeholder identification and satisfaction, program and project definition, cross project interdependencies, cross program and project-related risk management, ongoing monitoring and control. Provides outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Often the first to volunteer to navigate uncharted terrain, ask insightful questions and finds innovative ways to approach issues.

Responsible for managing strategic information technology projects that have a significant impact on the organization. The role requires developing and executing project plans, managing project budgets and resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The Senior IT Project Manager is also responsible for leading project teams, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to stakeholders, and managing project scope changes.
