I am a Partner at Withum and a member of the firms Consumer Products and Construction groups, I have over 25 years of professional accounting experience. I specialize in providing advisory services (accounting, audit and tax) to a variety of industries including retail, distribution, engineering and construction, technology (Israeli) and start-ups and emerging growth. I offer a hands-on approach and assist them with all of their financial matters, including but not limited to, tax strategies, business plans, mergers and acquisitions and sales of companies. I received my BBA degree in accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and licensed certified public accountant in the State of New York. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). In addition, I am a member of the New York Builders Congress and active with many VC's and Advisory groups to the consumer products industry.Active in his community, I am the President of Shelter Rock Jewish Center and a member of the Board of Directors for Camp Ramah in the Berkshires and serves on the Finance Committee for the Schechter Day School of Long Island.
