- Provide prospects', sales staff, channel partners, and resellers with technical product recommendations during sales discussion.- Provide detailed online deep-dive demonstrations and technical discussions to effectively promote product features, answer questions, and ascertain the client's needs and requirements.- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the entire SolarWinds’ Network and System Management, Security and ITSM product portfolio.- Support prospects with assistance during the product evaluation period that may require installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, and any other technical questions to improve the sales cycle.- Technical sales lead assisting pre-sales cycle from first touch demonstrations, through creating solutions, design, POCs, implementation, and configuration.- Assist the Sales Team to offer product solutions that solve business needs and overcome challenges.- Work closely with the SWI Product Management Team and Product Development Team communicating product issues, customer feedback, and feature/functionality requests.- Identify trends and patterns of product issues to escalate and effectively communicate to management where improvement is needed.- Respond to technical queries via email, online remote assistance, troubleshooting, and solving moderately complex pre-sales support problems.- Deliver technical training on new and updated products to pre-sales, sales staff, partners, and distributors.

- Monitoring of daily network operations. - Generate daily and weekly reports to help predict potential network bottlenecks.- Maintaining, upgrading, decommissioning and installing Service Provider infrastructure for Core and Edge level of the network.- Capacity planning with current device rollout and future proofing of the network.- Implement network changes primarily dealing with keeping the network robust and redundant to minimize impact in case of outages (commission new links & devices, IOS upgrades, exchange migration, decommissioning, emergency fault resolution changes, etc).- IPv4 & IPv6 resource management.- Load balancing of International/Domestic IX and transit links.- Analyze peering requests from other AS organizations.- Review and approve configuration changes prepared by MACD/Provisioning for customer service requests.- Managing Manila WAN and provide support for the call center operation.- Attend to external customers’ requests for BGP advertisement of their prefixes.

- Providing port assignment and IP allocation for new network element to be integrated depending on the actual requirement of IP addresses needed based on the network plan and diagram.- Utilizing IP allocation database for the proper management of Network’s public and private IP addresses.- Integration of different network elements in the IP Backbone Network and routing of its provided IP block to the destination network elements.- Responsible for Work order issuance (Router and Switch configurations) to be forwarded to Operations for IP connectivity request.- Managing firewall integrated in the network including creation of routes and policy.- Troubleshooting of network connection for existing or newly integrated services based on traceroute and ping test. And to ensure connectivity will be established within SLA.- Monitoring, documenting and creating reports regarding link utilization using Solarwinds.- Assess network performance and links for expansion.- Designing and troubleshooting network path including site or path redundancy for end to end server connectivity.- Routing of servers between Sun and Smart network including IP configuration of F5 BIG-IP for IP Translation.- Routing between different networks such as Sun Network, Smart IP Backbone Network and Smart DCN Network.- Work closely with technical teams, vendor and clients to test, design, and plan for future deployments and improvements of network elements and services.- Field works including deployment, configuration and installation of new routers and switches in access, distribution and core layers as well as cabling works for establishing connection to different network elements.- Create purchase request for the new network equipment to be purchased.
