Little Rock, Arkansas Area

Worked in communications for Information Services during the upgrade to the Epic electronic health record. This included all aspects of both internal and external communication including, writing of communication plans and coordinating with all aspects of the project.Also used experience in graphic design to create an internal communication plan around the desired theme of superheroes. I designed a Go Live Heroes campaign, including designing various cartoon-style characters that could be used in internal communication. These six Go Live Heroes have become the basis for all internal communication and provided a fun aspect to the project.

Media specialist with CHI St. Vincent. My job duties consisted of taking care of both the OneSpirit Insider (Intranet), external website (CHIStVincent.com) and co-worker blog (OneSpiritBlog.com). I also took photos and video (including video production) for use on website and other marketing platforms. I handled social media and keep internal messaging screens updated within the CHI St. Vincent facilities. Social media engagement had a huge increase during this time. In addition, I was also the media contact for the Hot Springs market, writing press releases and dealing with media inquiries.
