BlueSky approaches every search engagement like a consulting project starting with a basic understanding of the culture, skills and behaviors required for success. BlueSky sources candidates and conducts initial interviews/screens. We work with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to facilitate the successful integration of the candidate.Jeff is focused on BlueSky’s Executive Search service, leveraging his prior consulting experience to add value to his clients. Having been a team member and leader of systems implementation projects, Jeff understands the importance of sourcing candidates with the right skills, behaviors and personality that fit with each particular organization and project team.
