As the Online Manager I was responsible for overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer's online grocery shopping. Under my guidance I increased the department's weekly sales figure by over 140%, and oversaw a team of approximately 25 people.Skills I developed include:-Labor planning and budgeting utilising Microsoft Excel and Kronos-Management and personal development of a team of 25-Vehicle loading utilising a Walkie Stacker and Pallet Jack-RF device assisted picking and packing-Establishing relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business-Liaising with department managers and brand representatives to ensure adequate supply to my online customers

This casual role I undertook whilst doing my university studies developed my understanding of working to KPIs, as well as the importance of safety in the workplace.
