I am on a team that provides hardware, software, and network support at the McCombs School of Business. We are primarily a Windows operation and manage our systems through Active Directory and ConfigMgr 2007. Our support includes both hardware and software repair for laptops and workstations. Here I have designed and implemented Windows 7 deployment processes using Deployment Toolkit 2010 and ConfigMgr 2007. Also, I build, test, and deploy our software packages. Lastly, I manage our SWAT student service desk which is the contact point of our support operations.
