Not all of us are fortunate enough to love what we do for a living, but positivity does bring success. My humble beginnings as a customer service representative provided a strong foundation for my career in communications. The time I spent listening to disgruntled customers tell their stories was invaluable to developing the skills needed to deliver mine. Since then, I’ve communicated countless messages to scores of people, and although I take my mission very seriously – I must admit that it’s more fun than work. Every blank page is an opportunity to create something new, and who doesn’t like a good challenge? At the end of the day, communications is all about connecting, and there is no better way to bring people into your world than by telling a good story.
