Projects Included:OBIEE Migration to OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud): Worked with company Directors, Solutions Architects and Engineers, Delivery Manager, BI Developers, and Okta Identity Management team, along with a team from Oracle to upgrade an existing EOL (End of Life) on-prem environment to new Linux based VM/RDG (Remote Data Gateway) environment connecting backend databases to the Oracle Cloud for reporting and analysis. FOCUS Platform Optimization: Part of the Resort Operations System, FPO upgrades existing EOL servers and software to accommodate future needs. This is a large/complex project requiring a large multi-functional team, (FOCUS, Fusion, ETL, and SAS) both onshore and offshore to accomplish this project. I worked with the Delivery Manager, Team Lead and Development Team, QMO and Release Manager to schedule and manage this implementation. FM Systems EOS Upgrade: This Facilities project upgrades existing FM: Systems software from old EOS (End of Support) system to the latest version of FM: Systems software. This is a facilities management system interfacing with AutoCAD and includes personnel and badging management. Provided vendor management, purchasing and SOW management,DLP Hardware Refresh: in this cyber security project, I worked with the Delivery Manager, and cyber security team, provide for the purchasing of equipment and scheduling of existing EOL hardware replacement and work with teams and manage vendors at six datacenters nationwide. RSA Netwitness EOS (Security Onion): In this cyber security project, I worked with the Delivery Manager, and Cyber Security team, the purchasing and scheduling of existing EOL hardware replacement at more than a dozen datacenters worldwide.

I provided Project Management for a Windows 10 migration. I trained and managed a team of 2 imaging technicians to image using SCCM and Big Fix and 7 deployment technicians to deploy new laptops, desktops and Citrix thin clients and re-image existing PCs within the Vistana Signature Experience's Orlando Operations Center (OOC) environment consisting of over 1300 users. I developed and managed a Superuser (pilot) Program for application compatibility testing. I provided migration preparation, managed the rollout schedule and weekly equipment transfers, I facilitated daily stand up meetings using a Scrum format, maintained meeting minutes, I managed impediments, issues and risks, I provided a weekly status reporting to upper management, managed and updated the migration asset management system and managed the disposition and recycling of existing hardware, along with maintaining all migration related documents.

Completed a contract as a US Project Manager for global IFS projects at PwC in Tampa. Part of a global management team, (US/UK), managing a SW migration/PC refresh project to include upgrading and implementing SCCM 2012, Windows Server and desktop OS, Office 2013, Java, IE11 and Notes 9. I managed a global (US/UK/India) team of software analysts and testers in order to test and certify the compatibility of over 1100 SW applications. For that I worked with Technical Design Authorities to determine the host requirements and with HP directly to purchase a new ESXi cluster to house over 500 VMs to distribute to the “super-users” in each organizational unit to provide the UAT testing. If an application was determined to be incompatible, then I created a mitigation plan, which might include the re-building of the application. That would initiate the Agile Development (Scrum) Team to rapidly develop the replacement application. My role (Scrum Master) was to facilitate various Scrum meetings and work with the Product Owner and Scrum team and ensure sprints and development took place in the most efficient manner possible and mitigate any impediments to the Scrum team.

FMTC - an affiliate of Enterprise Florida, worked as consultants with Manufacturing and Engineering companies to provide process improvement techniques in order to improve output and profitability. I provided Direction and Management of Information Systems and IT staff for 5 regional and 15 field offices throughout Florida. I managed a staff of Systems Engineers, Administrators and Software Developers and directed the development of ChangePoint for use within the organization.
