As President for the Chicago office of the National Christian Foundation , my primary role is to inspire and serve givers, advisors and ministries by developing strategies and solutions to help minimize tax liability and maximize charitable giving. For our office I set our direction along with the speed we are to execute while managing the risk and resources necessary to reach our goals, all the while bulding on our culture of Grace and Love in all we do. Because of my accounting background and extensive work in the PE/VC and Real Estate fields I specialize in working with Principals and Owners to structure their Funds and ownership stakes in way to take advantage of this tremendous opportunity to give more.The National Christian Foundation offers donor advised funds, but with a difference. We are a ministry with Christian values, and our goal is to facilitate and inspire biblical generosity. Our expertise in charitable, estate and tax planning helps convert tax dollars into ministry resources. Unlike the majority of donor advised fund groups, nearly 85% of all contributions that NCF receives in a year are granted to charities that same year. That’s 65% above the industry average of 20% or less. NCF is the leader in large non-cash gifts through our ability to structure and handle complex asset donations. Our mission is to inspire biblical generosity and mobilize resources for ministries, and that can’t be accomplished if money sits in a fund. WTIFC’s founding in November of 2020 was to facilitate NON CASH (more specifically hard to take non-traditional) gifts by givers to churches and charities. Founded by Jeff Wallace, this charity was set up as a personal mission to help solve a real problem of 501(3)c’s ability to take these types of gifts such as answering the real world problem of Charities accepting cryptocurrencies. Currently we are working with 3 national charities accepting these gifts and several churches.

Created, built, and grew a portfolio of real estate assets based in Florida acquired at a 75% discount to 2008 prices. Directed the refurbishment of SFH’s which are subsequently rented at substantial profit and positive net cash flow. Currently forecasting 25% annual returns based on current pricing and area demand.

Recruited to trade, build and manage a new derivatives trading group.Starting with grains. Soon to be adding positions.Great opportunity within a young diverse company that is twitching to grow.

Recruited to manage and trade a large Soybean Derivative Trading Book. Both Floor and Electronic market making. 10x returns on margins with a 3+ sharp ratio in the first 15 months.

Established and led $80M multi-strategy hedge focused on the energy industry. Accountable for risk management, strategy development and execution.Investment and Asset Raising Achievements:• Established, built, and ran a $45M energy hedge fund. Traded energy equities and volatility. Actively managed the fund, selecting portfolio investment additions and determining final exit strategies to capture positive returns. • Oversaw a $35M managed account comprised of investments in the natural resources sector, which consistently earned positive returns.Operating Achievements:• Defined the operating model governing the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, and expense control policies to ensure maximum profitability, transparency, and accountability.

Founded an investment company that purchased a 14% stake in the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange (PCX). Capitalized on undervalued assets owned by the PCX made up of significant ownership positions in Archipelago and the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) that turned a $1M initial investment into $4.5M in 3 years.

Recruited to lead business development and promoted to Co-CIO. Expanded this multi-strategy fund from $800M AUM to $3.5B AUM in 3 years through strong positive returns and attracting new investors. Launched Ritchie Energy from a mandate created through an investor relationship with a leading public reinsurance company. Grew operation to over 100 professionals and a total asset base of $1.4B within 14 months with just 2 down months and a strong positive track record.

Raised over $1M in a private placement to fund the growth of an information technology (IT) provider to the proprietary trading and hedge fund community. Increased sales to $5.5M per year from $600K. Oversaw and influenced the day-to-day operations, sales, and administrative functions.

Established and managed the firm’s global volatility book involving options originated in G7 countries. Demonstrated expertise in fixed income, equity, equity index and currency markets • Accountable for $100M in total VAR.

Traded and managed a South East Asia Equity Derivatives Team from Hong Kong. Priced and managed OTC equity and index products. Traded HK, Singapore, Taiwan and Australian Listed options and warrants.

Started proprietary US Derivative Trading Operation.Recruited and managed team of 20 traders and assistants.Responsible for risk management of US operations.Built revenue from zero to $25M.

Managed CBOT Financial Foor Trading Operation consisting of 9 traders. Grew to be one of the largest traders in CBOT bond option pit. Helped grow revenue to $30M.
