I have nearly 30 years of IT and IT security experience, including managing service support and IT security teams. I am also a Certified Executive Bourbon Steward with a passion for the history and culture of bourbon.In my previous role as the Director of Cybersecurity Assessments at American Electric Power, I led a testing and assessments team responsible for identifying and reporting security risks, managing third-party risk, and negotiating security contract language. I have expertise in security architecture and engineering, application security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and third-party risk governance. My mission is to enable and empower businesses to operate securely and efficiently in a digital world.As an Executive Bourbon Steward I lead clients through a tasting experience and educate them on the art of making whiskey and the history and requirements for differing types of whiskey.
