Hey, I'm Jeffrey! 😁🤙🏽☀️I grew up in a small town called Kunia Camp on the island of Oahu, Hawai'i which was one of the primary plantation villages for Del Monte, where my parents worked. As the only queer and youngest of 4 children in my household, I grew up very creative and hands-on with technology. I am the go-to party planner, photographer, video editor, craft maker, cook and baker. As a Fil-Am student, the only path I knew was to go into healthcare, where I went to study Biology at Arizona State University. From there, I went on to working at a dermatology clinic as a Medical Assistant. What I learned in this position allowed me to master these roles as a communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver. This role also allowed me to manage the accounts of a few hundred patients, as well as jumpstart and manage the social media platforms of the clinic, increasing business sales and frequent customers. I recently moved to Las Vegas, NV (early 2022) where I quickly got promoted to lead supervisor fountain worker. I train and supervise a team of 20 baristas, analyzing and ensuring employee and customer needs are met, maintaining stock inventories and working closely with Sales and Operation management to ensure daily sales of $12,000 - $15,000 are met. This role allows me to facilitate maximum value for every client, by meeting and exceeding their needs through effective communication and understanding situations wholeheartedly. With my experience, I've recently discovered the role of Customer Success, and believe my past experiences make me a great candidate for this role. Moving forward, I know and understand the roles that mean the most to me are client advocacy and connecting with people. I am looking to challenge myself as a Customer Success manager in the tech industry and be that voice for clients while assisting with client engagements.
