I work with athletes of all levels (high schoolers, collegiate, professional, and Olympic) that are motivated to see better results through flow training to reveal their true potential. Flow is a crucial component to the success of the team and the individual. I coached for UNC and CSU’s basketball team about 20 years ago before moving on to becoming a mental coach and teaching peak performance flow-state after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychological and Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Pedagogy.
