Working with Dillon's Asset Management team I coordinated several multi-disciplinary project teams to conduct field work and effectively deliver projects. This project coordination work included leading field condition assessment teams to inspect 60+ municipal facilities and develop condition, lifecycle requirements, and capital replacement/maintenance plans for implementation by clients. My technical work included management and analysis of large datasets for municipal infrastructure assets and developing risk ratings, capital plans, and management strategies for various clients across Ontario to meet O.Reg. 588/17 requirements. I have assisted senior staff on site plan approval applications which included design and coordination of multiple disciplines to produce plans, drawings, and report packages for municipal and conservation authority review of sites adjacent to regulated natural features. I have also facilitated individual and large group workshops which included members of council and municipal staff to provide training and capacity building, requiring the development of plain language supporting materials for workshop preparation, presentation, and integration of findings into reports.
