As Senior Bid Manager I was responsible for the department and process of developing replies to large tenders regarding managed IT outsourcing. I was part of the management team of sales and managed tenders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Lithuania, Sweden and Norway.

I was responsible for tenders for the 'Major Projects' organization. My main focus areas were industry (oil & gas) and power grids (up to 380 kV). For tenders I closely cooperated with department as cost control, engineering, legal, operations and project management. On the legal site, most contracts resulted in UAV-GC contracts.

Within this proposal, organizational needs, needs of the fulfilment company and agreements made with the customers were taken into account;- Strategizing for the next 5 years with the goal to further professionalize the supply chain department, the logistics processes, business insight tools and the cooperation with the fulfillment company;- Analysis the cost effectiveness of the shipments, both outbound and returns;- Development of a new KPI dashboard according to the OTIFNIE concept (On Time, In Full, No Invoice Errors) from the point of view of the customer;- Purchasing from some small accounts to be able to back up my colleague from the purchasing department.
