Executive experience with Fortune 5, 100, 500, non-profit and a 3x entrepreneur. I founded Technology Resource Center, Inc. (TRC) which made the INC 500 Fastest Growing Private US Companies list twice. TRC was recognized as an industry leader and in 10 years successfully exited to a Fortune 500. I wrote "From Idea to Exit: The Entrepreneurial Journey", which reflects on my experience, but also takes an entrepreneurial dreamer through each stage of starting a business. It answers when to activate on your idea and what holds most people back from pursuing their ideas.I'm a co-founder of SnagPad - a SaaS job search learning and management platform. We created a new product centered around micro-learning called Chalenj. It may be a unicorn or just a pony. Either way, it's a pretty cool application.I'm having a blast assisting and advising my oldest son on his company Four Star Mushrooms. Although, he needs no help, it's great to share past experiences (successes and failures) to help him along his journey. I look forward to mentoring my daughter with her new venture as it gets off the ground.Outside of work, my passion is snorkel/diving and mountain climbing. I have reached the summit of 25 of Colorado’s 14,000-foot high mountains and goal is to summit all 53.
