With over a decade of experience as a public speaker, I also deliver presentations and workshops to various audiences, sharing my insights and best practices on how to improve healthcare outcomes and operations. I have a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Project Management, and I hold multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). I have also published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the field of healthcare.
