Over the past 25 years has worked in Vietnam, Romania, Chile, India, Indonesia, Ukraine, Poland, Panama, Canada, Bulgaria, India, Jordan, and Iraq on public safety communications and response projects. Have worked on a wide range of 911 related emergency communications, projects in over 50 major US jurisdictions over the past 25 years.Over 35 years of project management experience combined with 25 years of emergency communications, response, management and systems’ domain expertise. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Emergency Number Professional (ENP).Prepared the strategy for the New York City’s 911 emergency communications project and worked on the implementation for nearly 10 years. Has served as a project manager and as a subject matter expert with the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Department and Emergency Management Agency, Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management, Fire and Police Departments, Metro-Dade Police, Fairfax County, Virginia, and New York City Office of Emergency Management, Police and Fire Departments on various 911 emergency communications and police and fire systems projects.
