Provide overall executive leadership and management of all Township Departments and activities.Facilitate meetings with developers, engineers, architects, business owners and residents to review zoning applications, conditional uses and subdivision/land development projects.Administers the operations of the Township government in accordance with the Township Code and laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Analyzes, evaluates and makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on policies and procedures and implements decisions made by the Board of Supervisors. Acts as a liaison between the Board of Supervisors and all appointed boards, commissions and committees and attends all meetings. Prepares reports and informs the Board of Supervisors of pending actions.Acts as a liaison on all economic development activities, mutual cooperation with other Townships, and other government related agencies. Responsibilities included right-of-way/easement acquisition, non-environmental/environmental permits and construction management for pipeline, meter stations, valve locations and compressor station sites and final site construction restoration and remediation. Led collaborative efforts with operations, construction and environmental team members on pipeline projects overseeing final restoration and resolution determination of outstanding acquisition, construction and operational related issues.Managed land acquisition, non-environmental permits and construction oversight for the addition of eight (8) pipeline odorization facilities at existing meter sites in OH, WV and PA. Managed land acquisition, non-environmental permits and construction oversight for expansion work on three (3) compressor station facilities in Virginia and pipeline replacement projects in Ohio. Co-leader for Columbia regional Inclusion & Diversity Employee Activities (IDEA) program.Represented Columbia Midstream as a member of the Surface Use and Right-of-Way Land Use work groups with Marcellus Shale Coalition organization.
