As Director of Service Delivery, I am responsible for managing and motivating the Service Delivery Team and ensuring we continuously improve our service offerings, create great experiences for our clients while maintaining a focus on profitability.

I play a key role in managing all phase of project deployment, liaison between the clients, engineers and sales, ensure projects are delivered with quality and on-time as well as refine/govern internal project process management.

As an IT Project Manager for Dolby Laboratories I was responsible for project managing global infrastructure development projects as well as managing other IT related projects. As the Support Operations Manager I was responsible for coordinating the global IT Support staff to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user computing issues. Acting at the direction of the Senior Manager of Infrastructure and working in coordination with the Corporate Support Manager, this position was responsible for the entire lifecycle of the service request. Working as a Principal network engineer in IBM’s Tivoli software division I was primarily responsible for supporting the companies’ Global WAN with 20+ sites using NetScreen Firewalls and NetScreen Security Manager (NSM). I was responsible for support and administration of a Blackberry Enterprise Server supporting 150+ users. I also managed cell phone procurement and contract negotiations for over 300 users utilizing multiple service providers.Accomplishments:• Implemented Global VOIP Telephony Project utilizing Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Express Enhanced ACD• Saved over 200k in audits, consolidation and contract negotiations while managing US telecommunications

In this position I was responsible for all facets of technology development at Traveleaders. During this time I managed IT Support staff on both the East and West coast.
