I help craft wills and trusts for clients to meet their personal objectives, whether driven by tax objectives or personal circumstances. I guide families through the estate administration process when someone dies and I work with beneficiaries and trustees in administering trusts. I also handle guardianship and conservatorship matters, audits with the IRS, proceedings in the probate court and serve as a fiduciary for my clients and their families.There are many people that can prepare solid estate plan documents.
