* Completed 150,000 square foot facility expansion for central stock growth to $400.0M, included: process evaluation and flow, statistical analysis, design specifications, engineering design, budget development, project management and start up. * Managed and engineering team responsible for the design and development of an individual performance and quality measurement system using engineered methods and standards. Installed in seven facilities and realized a 40% improvement in productivity and throughput.* Managed the integrated design, specification and start up of 440,000 square foot distribution center to service over 50 Neiman Marcus stores and provide over $3.0B in revenue.
