– Served as the interim CIO at a $500 million fabless semiconductor company. - Managed the transition of IT service delivery to the India Development Center including the hiring of the full time CIO in Bangalore and reduced the budget by over 10% YOY. -During that time our IT team managed the divestiture of a large division (200 FTEs in Europe), and 2 small acquisitions (30 FTEs in the U.S., 80 FTEs in Europe), , - a data center move to a colocation facility (under Covid-19 Social Distancing protocols), - a corporate headquarters relocation, - renegotiated the service desk software saving $200k in licensing, - outsourcing of deskside support for secondary locations globally to a third party, - movement of support of our Oracle ERP to Rimini Street saving $1.1 million, - Oversaw the company’s transitioning to a Work From Home (WFH) environment seamlessly due to Covid-19. Recruited to CSC to help turnaround a ‘brownfield’ consulting regional office that had fallen on hard times. Responsible for business development and delivery oversight in the Technology sector in Silicon Valley. Determined which CSC offerings were of interest to the market. Packaged them and established a local marketing outreach program to create awareness of CSC. Built a $15 million consulting pipeline from a base of zero. Identified leads for other divisions in excess of $700 million. Found and assisted in the close of $10 million in Total Contract Value (TCV). Added 2 new clients and renewed a former client relationship. Added additional services to an existing client.

Joined Tatum in December 2005 through their acquisition of our start up Pacific Crest Consulting Group. Tatum is a mid market, low leverage consultancy that was in ‘start up’ mode locally. Serving in Sales, Delivery and Practice Management roles. Responsible for 2 of Tatum’s Service Lines; Sourcing Solutions advising on Strategic Sourcing, Insourcing and Outsourcing; and Trade Services an inventory trade finance offering to establish trading company relationships in extended supply chains to reduce everyone’s cost of capital while generating annuity revenue for Tatum. One of only four instructors within Tatum certified to teach all 12 modules of the ‘Technology Leadership Essentials’ course for CIO certifications sponsored by Carnegie Mellon University and Cylab.

I was with Ernst & Young Consulting for 15 years where my successful career spanned 5 offices on 3 continents. This includes significant P&L management Partner positions in both Asia Pacific where I was Director of Systems Integration and Europe, Middle East and Africa where I managed the High Tech industry vertical. Ernst & Young Consulting was acquired by Cap Gemini in May 2000.
