Throughout my position as National Vice Chair, I had the honor of serving as the Chair for the National Committee, HSDA's state and regional body, as well as working to ensure growth and development.

The Civic Innovators Fellowship is a three-month intensive civic leadership program that prepares hundreds of civic-minded high school students each year with the knowledge and skills to produce novel solutions to well-defined community and societal problems. Over the course of the program, Fellows examine the most vexing problems facing the U.S. and the world and create solutions that bridge foundational principles with emerging technology and new schools of thought. They will also have the option to learn the fundamentals of personal development, systems thinking, democratic theory, and community building.

• Spearheaded the creation and leadership of the annual summer leadership and campaign management internship program. A program that equipped students from various backgrounds and fields with valuable knowledge and skills in campaign management, finance, field operations, and communications.• Led client service projects encompassing a range of tasks. These included preparing field documents, planning for field programming, and collaborating with campaign management and communications teams to develop graphics and palm cards that effectively mirrored voter interactions encountered during fieldwork.• Ensured financial accountability and operational efficiency by overseeing campaign finances, operations, and distributions.• Leveraged data analysis skills to identify best campaigning practices, while analyzing voter trends across the county and congressional district to inform strategic campaign decisions.
