Managed the experienced recruitment team for LECG's (formerly SMART Business Advisory and Consulting) Business and Insurance Consulting Sectors, and led their campus recruitment program, nationally . Responsible for partnering with Executive Vice Presidents, Managing Directors, Sector Leaders, and other management to build effective staffing plans and create effective sourcing strategies to meet their hiring needs. Successfully served clients and candidates ranging from the recruitment of executives – from the Managing Director level to staff and senior functional levels. Held oversight responsibility for the recruiting team including; coaching and mentoring, review writing, and career advancement. Appointed by senior management to lead the merger/re-design of the recruiting functions from SMART to LECG, which was completed within 3 months after the announced acquisition.

Developed and secured new client engagements, recruitment, interviewing of prospective candidates, and servicing of existing clients and candidates. Strong knowledge of full life cycle recruiting in the areas of finance and accounting from the CFO to Staff levels and consulting positions. Provided interview preparation training, career counseling, including resume support/guidance and job marketing to prospective candidates, while simultaneously partnering with client hiring managers to build effective staffing plans and create effective sourcing strategies to meet their hiring needs.

On site PwC Senior Consultant who was an integral member, and collaborative / strategic business partner. Contributed to the success of implementing companies' business objectives. Some enagaments included; the transformation of two Fortune 500 financial Institutions into a Single Mutual Fund Operating Platform, the design of a Target Middle Office for a Large Funding Operations Company, preparing and reviewing a Wealth Management SAS 70 Accounting Control Document, and performing an Insurance Accounting Operations Review. In meeting goals, tracking progress, and assuring timeliness of projects, developed and updated comprehensive project management matrices utilizing MS Project and Sharepoint sites.

Responsible for the oversight and review of one of the largest teams of mutual funds at PFPC. Primary contact for clients on a daily basis. Led the annual audit of funds in conjunction with an outside Big 4 professional services firm, preparing, reviewing and ensuring tax returns were completed accurately and filed on time.
