Northern California

In my current position, I direct all commercial real estate responsibilities for the company focused on partnering with local, regional and national companies looking for secure properties pertaining to industrial, office, multi-family and retail locations. I represent clients both in leasing and purchasing locations. Additionally, input is offered related to the construction layout and space planning of the site. I manage a team of 14 brokers in the market including overseeing alluring, training and mentoring of the agents. My role also includes monitoring all performance metrics for the division including budgets and expenses.A couple of key highlights while in this role include:- Increased agent profitability by 20% YoY but developing and conducting in-depth training sessions focused on all areas of the sales cycle, as well as cross-training brokers on multiple commercial property types and leasing and sales agreement structures.- Served as the Project Lead in overseeing the construction project for an international software company looking to secure a location for the company's United States Headquarters.

San Jose

While in this position, I specialized in working with companies nationwide to identify premier locations to meet the needs of the client and business. I identified both existing locations, as well as undeveloped areas to negotiate new construction contracts with builders and land owners. Additionally, I created specialized marketing materials tailored toward specific industries and company sizes.A few key highlights while in this role included:- Served as the primary agent in representing the largest project in Silicon Valley consisting of a 400,000 sq. ft. tenant in common building valued at $64M.- Expanded the company's business focus to include a National Clean Energy Practice Group that worked with current owners in transforming existing buildings into energy efficient locations to attract new tenants to the market
