Testing include: GC/MS traces, HPLC traces, Alphamos E-nose (head-space analysis), Salt titration, volatile oil distillation, specific gravity testing, refractive index testing, Horiba particle size analysis for liquids, sieve particle size testing for powders, % moisture and flash point analysis. • Recording results and generating lot specific Certificates of Analysis, using Laboratory Information Management Software (LIMS). • Maintaining production lot records; samples and paperwork. • Performing daily lab instrument diagnostic checks and maintaining those records, based on ISO and FCC derived SOP’s. • Scheduling spray-dry flavor production at Toll-spray dry companies. • Processing customer orders using Epicore’s Prophet 21, ERP inventory management software.

Assistant Plant Manager • Manufactured technology specific Polyurethane Foams for various industry applications. • Assisted in performing foam runs by adjusting reactant flows. These reactants included: Polyols, Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) 65/35 and 80/20, as well as reaction catalysts. • Cleaned machine heads between runs of different foam types.

• Analyzed all samples of finished products for pet joint health, using Tiamo Titration instruments, Karl Fischer Titration, UV/IR, FT/IR, GC/Mass spec, pH meters and qualitative wet chemistry analysis. • Prepared analytical standards solutions. • Created Certificates of Analysis for Raw materials analyzed.
