I strive to make a difference in every life that I touch and allow others to make a difference in mine.This insight appeared one day at my daughter’s soccer game. The coach and parents were yelling, “Run hard!” “Be aggressive!” “Win!” Then, I heard the coach say, “Make a difference!” That phrase hit a chord with me. It was simple, universal, and inspirational. What started as a saying quickly became a mindset for me, both personally and professionally.Looking back over my career, making a difference has been a common thread. For more than two decades, I’ve made significant impacts in tech-enabled companies, from helping to elevate talent on one of Cisco’s top-producing sales team to launching a tech company from the ground up.
