Oversee all administrative, development and production activities for an AEA, SPT/Tier 9, four-show summer season and year-round educational program with an annual operating budget of $1.3 million. Responsible for evaluating and implementing all administrative and financial policies. Provide key staff support to twenty-one member Board of Trustees. Lead task force to oversee design/build planning for the construction of a new venue scheduled for 2011.

Oversaw all administrative, development and production activities during transition from a single venue to three venue operation with a ten-show season. Oversaw budget expansion from $600,000 to $1.2 million. Responsible for financial management, and company reorganization. Supervised permanent staff of 7 and a seasonal company of forty-five. Oversaw scene shop, artist housing and performance facilities along with marketing, box office, house management, production and development operations. Primary individual responsible for overseeing the construction of a new state-of-the-art, $6 million, 200 seat theater completed in June 2007, including serving as client representative to builder and architect and resident inspector for USDA-Rural Development (primary lender).

Responsible for administering and formulating company policies for all operations and all aspects of preconstruction and design management for a new 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art theater facility overseeing project to groundbreaking.Production Stage Manager (2003 to August 2006) - Managed all production aspects for a four-show subscription season and a two-show summer season.

- Coordinated all aspects of production for a five-show season in the 90-seat NEAT contract theater, of which three were new works.

Oversaw Broadway, Concert and Special Events productions for an 8,000-seat outdoor/indoor, multi-use facility with an annual budget of $12 million. Directly responsible for the development of production budgets, invoice management, technical coordination, labor scheduling, staff supervision, union payroll, scenic rental, and equipment purchasing. Responsible for corporate event production management for EPIC Entertainment, a for-profit subdivision of Kansas City Starlight at venues across the country.

Managed all production aspects for Starlight's self-produced summer productions including the 2002 national tour of Wizard of OZ.

Stage-managed the world premiere of Adam Bock's A Roadside Garden as well as a revival of Peter Shaffer's Equus. Served as equine choreographer for Equus.

Coordinated every production aspect of large-scale musicals in a four-show season. Also served as teacher/program director for high school students in the basics of stagecraft and backstage management, incorporating the students into professional productions.
